The duplex apartments are designed for short-term stay of a married couple during their visits to Moscow. Based on this, the customers wanted the most spacious, concise, but interesting space.
On the first floor there is a common area with a guest bathroom, wardrobe, kitchen and living room.
In the living room, the main center of attraction is a marble column, in which a bio-fireplace is built on the sofa side, and a customer library is located on the staircase side. The bar counter is both a place for eating and a visual divider between the kitchen and the living room.
The second level offers a view of the common area. There is a bedroom and a master bath, the space of which is also as open as possible.
FINISHING MATERIALS
The apartments are decorated with natural marble, coswick engineering board, Little Greene painting and decorative art concrete.
