The style of the apartment was determined by its location in the residential complex "Mayak" on the banks of the Moscow Canal. The panoramic view of the marina with private speedboats and boats creates an atmosphere of relaxation on the shore.
The interior uses natural shades of cream, gray and emerald in combination with the texture of natural oak. Imitation of a concrete floor adds a touch of brutality to the interior.
